Terms & cancellation

1. Who we are
ComBi Tours is run by ComBi (operated by Yamato Sakamaki) in Beppu, Oita, Japan. We provide private guided experiences. We do not sell accommodation or transport tickets.
2. Booking
You send a request through this website. Your booking is confirmed when we confirm it by WhatsApp or email. If a tour has no listed price, we first send you a plan and a quote, and the booking is confirmed once you accept it.
3. Prices and payment
- Prices are in Japanese yen and cover the guide service described on the tour page.
- Food and drinks, entrance and bathing fees, and activity fees are not included unless the tour page says so. You pay them directly on site.
- You pay your guide in cash (Japanese yen) on the day.
4. If you cancel

To cancel or change a booking, message us on WhatsApp or reply to your confirmation email.
5. If we cancel or change the plan
We may cancel or change a tour for safety reasons, such as severe weather, a typhoon, a natural hazard, or if your guide falls ill. If we cancel, you choose between a full refund and a new date. In rain we normally switch to an indoor-focused route instead of cancelling. Venues can change with opening days and the season.
6. On the tour
- Please tell us in advance about allergies, dietary needs, health conditions and mobility needs.
- Alcohol is served only to guests aged 20 or over. Some night tours are for adults only and require photo ID.
- Hot springs follow traditional bathing customs. Your guide explains them, and you follow each facility's rules.
- On tours that use a car, rides between stops are a complimentary courtesy that accompanies the tour. No fare is charged for transport.
- Your guide may end the tour for a guest who puts themselves or others at risk, or who seriously disturbs venues or local residents. No refund is given in that case.
7. Insurance and responsibility
Please arrange your own travel insurance. We take care with every tour, but we are not responsible for loss or damage caused by events outside our control, by venues or other third parties, or by a guest not following guidance. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it, including for damage caused by our intent or gross negligence.
8. Photos and reviews
Your guide may take photos during the tour. We ask your permission before using a photo that shows you on our website or social media. Reviews you submit may be published on this website, and we may remove reviews that are abusive or unrelated.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Oita District Court has jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
利用規約・キャンセル規定（日本語）
1. 運営者
ComBi Tours は、ComBi（運営責任者：坂巻 大和、大分県別府市）が運営するプライベートガイドサービスです。宿泊や乗車券の販売は行いません。
2. ご予約
本サイトからリクエストを送信し、ComBiがメールまたはWhatsAppで確定のご連絡をした時点で予約が成立します。料金の表示がないツアーは、行程案とお見積もりをお送りし、ご承諾いただいた時点で成立します。
3. 料金とお支払い
- 料金は日本円で、ツアーページに記載したガイドサービスの対価です。
- 飲食代、入浴料・入場料、体験料は、ツアーページに記載がある場合を除き含まれません。現地で各施設に直接お支払いください。
- お支払いは、当日、現金（日本円）でガイドにお願いします。
4. お客様のご都合によるキャンセル

5. ComBiによる中止・変更
荒天、台風、自然災害のおそれ、ガイドの急病など、安全上の理由で中止または内容を変更する場合があります。ComBiが中止する場合は、全額返金または日程変更をお選びいただけます。雨天の場合は、原則として屋内中心のルートに切り替えます。立ち寄り先は営業日や季節により変わります。
6. ツアー中のお願い
- アレルギー、食事の制限、持病、歩行に関する配慮が必要な場合は、事前にお知らせください。
- お酒の提供は20歳以上の方に限ります。一部の夜のツアーは成人限定で、写真付き身分証が必要です。
- 温泉では伝統的な入浴の作法と各施設の決まりに従っていただきます。作法はガイドがご説明します。
- 車を使うツアーでのスポット間の移動は、ツアーに付随する無償の送迎です。運送の対価はいただきません。
- ご自身や周囲を危険にさらす行為、施設や近隣への著しい迷惑行為があった場合は、ガイドの判断でご参加をお断りすることがあります。この場合、返金はいたしません。
7. 保険と責任
旅行保険はお客様ご自身でご加入ください。ComBiは安全に配慮して催行しますが、天災など不可抗力、施設その他の第三者の行為、ガイドの案内に従わなかったことによる損害については責任を負いません。ただし、ComBiの故意または重大な過失による損害など、法令上責任を制限できない場合を除きます。
8. 写真とレビュー
ツアー中にガイドが写真を撮影することがあります。お客様が写っている写真をウェブサイトやSNSに掲載する場合は、事前に了承をいただきます。投稿いただいたレビューは本サイトに掲載することがあり、誹謗中傷やツアーと無関係な内容は削除することがあります。
9. 準拠法・管轄
本規約は日本法に準拠し、大分地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
