What we collect

• Booking details: your name, WhatsApp number and/or email address, tour, date, group size, guide language, payment choice and any requests you write (for example dietary needs or where you are staying).
• Messages: what you send us by WhatsApp or email.
• Reviews: the name, country, rating and text you submit.
• On this device: your language choice is saved in your browser so the site opens in the same language next time.

We do not collect card details. Tours are paid in cash on the day.

How we use it

• To confirm and run your tour, and to contact you about it.
• To plan around allergies, health and mobility needs you tell us about.
• To keep the records that Japanese tax and business law require.
• To publish reviews you agreed to have published.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who handles it for us

We use these services to operate, and your information is processed by them on our behalf, in some cases outside Japan:

• Google (email, calendar, booking records and the booking form's processing)
• WhatsApp, provided by Meta (messages)
• Cloudflare (website hosting)

Your guide receives the details needed to run your tour. We share information with others only when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep booking records for as long as needed to run the tour and to meet legal record-keeping duties, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your messages or your review at any time.
